Job Opportunities at Client Companies
NEA is currently engaged in filling a number of key positions at client companies. As of September 2, 2009, we are seeking the following:
Quality Manager: We are looking for an experienced automotive tier one supplier quality manager for a large ($100M/year) plant in the mid-south. This is a classic Quality Manager role - 1/3 APQP, 1/3 metrics, 1/3 customer management and part adjudication. $80k-90k.
Plant Engineering Manager: We are looking for a skilled injection molding engineering manager with experience in automotive paint. This is a $90k-100k job with 36 people reporting to the position through supervisors. Management skills, P&L and finance knowledge, BOM, cost build-up, product pricing, primary and secondary operations experience, etc. A very, very good job at a top notch tier one firm.
We are STILL looking for a skilled Tire Design Engineer - Mid-grade ($80k-$110k) passenger car tire design and development engineer. This is a good position with an Asian company located out west. If you're inclined to relocate west, contact us.
Senior Injection Mold Process
Engineer - range is mid $60s to $70k
Position FILLED
Senior Welding Engineer: Current or past inspection Certificate very strong plus
but will consider a candidate able to be certified. Salary range $50-80k.
Location is Minnesota.
CNC programming/robotics
engineers - depends on
exp - $50s-90k. Higher level programming experience required (Telemechanique,
Siemens 7, GE, etc.). This is a continuous need position for us. We have two
open positions at the $80k-95k level right now (Sept. 2009).
Senior Chrome Plating Engineer - $70k-$110k. Experience plating plastics is essential. This is an immediate need.
Director of Sales, Italy. We need an Italian national to take on the sales and market development role for a structural stamping firm located in Michigan. This position is in Italy and fluency in Italian is essential. We prefer an Italian national but will consider any candidate with the requisite language skills and the ability to penetrate Fiat at the mid-management to upper-management level. Comp. to $150k.
CFO/Controller - Strong multiplant controller experience. North Carolina location. $115k.
Chief Executive Officer - Particular interest in candidates with exceptional supplier development (partnering) skill, expertise in creative financial structures, black box product development, union relationship management, and expertise in highly complex component assembly. Comp to $250k. POSITION FILLED
