NEA is currently engaged in filling a number of key positions at client companies. As of March 12, 2010, we are seeking the following:
Plant Manager: We are looking for an experienced automotive tier one supplier quality manager for a large ($100M/year) plant in the Charleston, NC area. This is an injection molding plant serving a variety of industries with tonnage up to 1500. Classic "shoot & ship". $100k-110k.
Plant Engineering Manager: We are looking for a skilled injection molding engineering manager with experience in automotive paint. This is a $90k-100k job with 36 people reporting to the position through supervisors. Management skills, P&L and finance knowledge, BOM, cost build-up, product pricing, primary and secondary operations experience, etc. A very, very good job at a top notch tier one firm.
Senior Injection Mold Process
Engineer - range is mid $60s to $70k
Position FILLED
Chrome Plating Engineer. This is chrome plate on plastic and we have two
positions available for first and second shift.
PLC programming/robotics engineers - depends on exp - $50s-90k. Higher level programming experience required (Telemechanique, Siemens 7, GE, etc.). This is a continuous need position for us. We have several open positions, the most important of which is a PLC systems guy for the paper industry.
Senior Chrome Plating Engineer - $70k-$110k. Experience plating plastics is essential. This is an immediate need.
Director of Sales, Italy. We need an Italian national to take on the sales and market development role for a structural stamping firm located in Michigan. This position is in Italy and fluency in Italian is essential. We prefer an Italian national but will consider any candidate with the requisite language skills and the ability to penetrate Fiat at the mid-management to upper-management level. Comp. to $150k.
CFO/Controller - Strong multiplant controller experience. North Carolina location. $115k.
